Alison R. Wills

Ms. Wills is an associate and represents federal and state employees, private sector employees, and labor unions in a number of employment and labor law matters. Ms. Wills handles binding arbitrations before the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and security clearance matters before the Defense Office of Hearings and Appeals (DOHA). Ms. Wills also represents federal and local law enforcement officers and other local public safety employees in various administrative matters.
In addition, Ms. Wills advises and represents individuals on federal retirement matters, including general retirement errors, Federal Erroneous Retirement Coverage Correction Act (FERCCA) corrections, Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Disability Retirement applications, law enforcement and firefighter retirement, and general Federal Employees Retirement System (FERS), Civil Service Retirement System (CSRS), and CSRS Offset retirement issues.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Wills completed an externship with the Honorable Douglas E. Miller, United States Magistrate Judge in the Eastern District of Virginia, where she focused on federal habeas corpus petitions and social security appeals.
